An A3 structured page with no installed A3 printer can be moved using preview margin control to display and print either A4 half page. The Adobe programme I have been used to has a preview system independent of any installed printers. It is a pity that the preview system in these Serif programmes is locked in to installed printers at all. Had to resolve margin errors due to duplex shifts by manually moving page structure. Programme does communicate with the printer re all other features ie page size etc. Good Answer No I cannot enter manual values all aspects of printer margins are greyed out and inactive.Phil I have and use Drawplus which I can see gives the same problem as above so it looks likesome form of System issue rather than a specific Serif software problem. In the case of the Ricoh Pageplus is installed on an XP machine. Tried the Bullzip PDF printer but no different at all times the 'Load margins from printer' is greyed out. The same problem is apparent using a Ricoh photocopier/printer. Completed an 8 page A4 booklet publication without too many problems but when needing to adjust the margins the facility is not available. Pageplus I have had for a while but only in the last two week have started to seriously use it (previously produced the same Publication using an old Adobe programme). I have had the Canon printer for some time.

At this point you will need Acrobat Pro or some other.pdf editor to trim off the excess page around. First physically print out the page as it is.
